Problems connecting USB device
HI, hope someone can help.
Would like to connect a USB device so I can watch video through the USB-c port. But when I connect 128 GB micro SDXC card through the card reader (Logik 1-in-1 USB C & A OTG card reader) and put it into of the USB port of the car then it comes up saying "USB device unreadable". Tried to format the drive to both NFTS and exFAT, but outcome is the same.
My car has the system MBUX 2 (NTG 7 I believe it is called).
Any ideas? I am not very technical so I hope it is not too complicated

Use a Native TypeC drive, I’m able to view videos stored as MP4 on exFAT formatted drives up to 2TB
i don’t even have the USB package which gives it 100W charging.
also only cupholder area USB ports do data.
