OTA Updates
What is the trick to receiving OTA vehicle updates? I’ve tried everything. My 2023 AMG EQS received its last OTA update May 2024. Since then, nothing. The app simply states, “Vehicle is up to date.” Do you use your home WiFi, hotspot to your mobile phone, take it in for service to get a hard update installed? What’s the trick? My car gets the holiday schemes just fine, and the app communicates with the car just fine to tell me the charge status and whatnot. It seems only the pathway for the system updates is broken.

Had my car in for service in which they did an update to 505.404 using ethernet. After the update I now have an orphaned 2.6.1. OTA update pending the right conditions. Overall I have been really disappointed in their SW support
