i wonder does interior substance for car wash affected cause i wash my car last week
do you live in America? i live in california my car is 2022 Eqs 450+ and I just notice my side mirrors adjusting button also malfunction. Even i try to press up down left right or fold/unfold mirrors. The side mirrors button doesn’t follow what i press but everything was normal just last week

It would be too much of a coincidence that both you and OP's failed at the same time, other than possibly a bad update was installed.

Actually, I bought preowned car in Ukraine 3 weeks ago. It is made made for German market.
Unfortunately, I was not able to buy it in person as I live in Austria and now I do not know if all the buttons functioned properly in the past. Seller says that they worked fine.
After purchasing my dad drove it to MB service to make some updates and basic diagnistics. Also he drove it to car wash.
I disassembled door, got the module and disassembled module. I supposed that it was dirty inside but cleaning did not help. And actually it looked clean...
Now I ordered other module on ebay and will try to replace it.
In my case folding/unfolding works fine but other buttons do not work
