Side Mirror Problem

Side Mirror Problem
Does anyone have problem with side mirror adjusting button?
It’s still normal 1 weeks ago, but when I adjust the mirror today. All the button have mess up.
Even I press down up right or left, the mirror just moving up. Folding mirror button also malfunction.
is there anyway to fix this problem? Or just go to Mercedes service?

i’m not really sure
does all EQS 450+ in america have the same problem as mine?

Will need more forum members to chime in to be sure. Updates are usually staged roll out so also possible so are not affected.

do you know usually how ling will they fix the problem?
is there any I can report this problem to Mercedes?

no I don't sadly, I don't even know if they are aware of the problem but yes you can report it to Mercedes, I don't think that will do much though.

I call mercedes and They said it’s not something about error from updates. She tells me to go to the nearest Mercedes dealership

i’ll wait a fews days to see if it back to normal
then decide to go to dealer

and if that doesn't work maybe you can reset MBUX but I am not sure it is worth going in and reconfiguring everything again, especially with the possibility the reset might not fix it.

It solved the problem immediately. So that, I think it is hardware issue.

Door panel disassembly is not difficult but removing decorative armrest panel was tough, mounts are very strong

Interesting, I see. Glad it worked out.

Looks like OP also needs to get it replaced through DIY or through warranty.
