12v State of Health Very Low on Mercedes me app for EQS 450+ SUV. It started to show State of Charge also Partially Low.
I see this warning only on the mercedes me app installed on my phone. There is no warning on the instrument cluster yet. I took it to the mercedes dealer and they replaced the 12 v battery and it fixed the State of charge but State of Health is still very low.
Technician worked on the vehicle after taking the help from mercedes experts and they suggested to drive vehicle for 1-2 minute and thentake one hour break. They did these steps for 3 times and then longer drive for around 30 minutes. Next day problem still stayed.
They initially told me they will open the claim with mercedes but now they saying mercedes will not let them open the case for this 12v battery issue since it is not a big issue.
They now asking me to pick up the vehicle and drive for 28 days. I asked them where this 28 days came from and they have no clue....
I requested them to give me this in written but they not willing to do that.
Any words from anyone?
