EA Plug and Charge

Yesterday I was at a EA charger that I had used multiple times before and had successfully plug and charge. Yesterday I could not plug and charge or initiate a charge thru the EA app. So I called EA support yesterday and got a message about an outage affecting their chargers. I waited until today to try again and I could not plug and charge initiate a charge using their app, so I called EA support while at the charger. This is my first experience with using their support line and I was just disappointed with how the analyst attempted to help me. I was treated like I was dumb as a rock so I hung up after 15 mins of not getting anywhere. I drove across town to a newer charger location and still could not plug and charge, so I tried removing and putting my credit into back into EA app and I was able initiate a charge thru their app but could not plug and charge. Has anyone lost the ability to plug and charge at EA? Is this associated with my free charging possibly expiring?

2024 EQB 300
Just a wild guess here as I have not used EA on my EQB for a week or so, but the AWS outage earlier this week impacted a lot of firms. Perhaps EA was one of them.

In my case, it took out GEICO insurance company's ability to remotely submit the images of the damage to my car.Today the Enterprise rental manager near my MB body shop noted how it took out their processing services (reservations and ability to change a credit card) for 2 days. As of yesterday they were still trying to catch up with all the manual data entry they had to handle.
