Allocations
Has anyone managed to reserve a production slot yet for the 2027 EQS? I'm getting no answers from the local dealerships. I have a mesage into MB USA in Atlanta but no response yet.

AFAIK the dealers don’t know until they know. We’d had our order in for an SL55 for a couple months when I stopped by to see my sales person. When asked about he looked into Netstar(?) and saw a 24 June allocation available. Don’t know how long it had been open.
For what’s worth, the system also doesn’t tell in advance when the configuration freezes.

Yes, it is a pain. The dealerships don't seem to get notifications and the sales have to be poked to look up the status of orders. My EQE was ordered in March with a three month delivery that stretched to nine months and resulted in my receiving a later model year than I ordered. In the end that model year transition got me several very beneficial base model upgrades and the economy turned so I got a much better deal, so I am glad it happened, but it is a terrible experience.
