Timing of MBUSA post-purchase survey for ED
My vehicle is currently over the Atlantic and I'm awaiting its arrival after an awesome ED experience. I haven't taken final possession yet but received the post-purchase survey from MBUSA. While my experience had been positive thus far, seems odd to complete the survey when I haven't yet received the car.
Have others received the survey and completed it prior to receiving your vehicle or did you wait?
