I read all the threads for this meet on June 11...
Just want to confirm the time of the meet starts from 11 am or 1 pm ?
May someone confirm the time please and is this a like a car show ?
Never went to a meet before, please share some insight...

The PCH cruise sounds good. Good idea! Santa Barbara isn't that far from Newport. That's a lot of driving, but should be worth it.Come on people, Show up and attend! It's great especially have a bunch of fellow benz owners there. Although....it's fashion island...and...benz's will be everywhere. haha

LOL...that would be a nice idea. Get some drinks and some apetizers (sp?) to go and enjoy the moment. Let's just hope the parking lot will be open unless we can arrange the amount of cars that are attending be closed off and reserved for us.

Since June 11th is a Saturday, and y'all'in are coming down to Paradise-On-Earth (South Orange County) anyhow, why don't you either skip Fascist Island or go from there to Crystal Cove (near Kobe's house). Crystal Cove has a Starbucks, a nice sandwich place, a Banana Republic, and best of all...Saturdays have a regular auto show where people show off their Ferrari's, etc.

that sandwhich shop is pretty good at Crystal Cove. isnt the car show really early in the morning though?

The car show gets going around 7 (I think) and it's over by 9. Starbucks & Pacific Whey open as early as the car show. The other stores open later (around 10) All of us parking together might be pretty tough, Crystal Cove does get kinda full. Nice view though!

Actually to answer your question, the "organized" part of the car show in the roped off area is over by 9 but Crystal Cove stays busy afterwards... I don't think they would mind if we stayed.
