October 8th, 9th, 10th Official AMG weekend in New Jersey
The guy there who was sampling the detail spray was Phil. I have his contact info at home. I also picked up a bottle of the detail spray from him because I was impressed with it.

Well waiting to be the last guy out served it purpose. If I remove the MB tranni, I lose more then the timing retard signal going to the engine between shifts; I would lose the cluster... Definitely =have= to go standalone; recommended was Motec (and others) by that very knowledgeble ex-tuner MB technical expert (what was his name again?) , and use the cluster Motec makes.
....hmmmm.... it's always a possibility as the guy who did my engine swap runs Motec standalone on his turbo'ed C36 so has the expertise -- and he still uses his MB cluster, but that might be because his tranni is mechanical/vacuum actuated to begin with ... but do I want to make that leap...? One of the things I like most about my car's interior is the cluster.

or would think the oh ['o'] is a zero ['0'] and think the firecracker M-80.ya, I myself was too into what was being said and zoned out. I realized my error later. I think I read that Pete said he had them. I'm waiting too, as there's a really good turn-out. I know MB has some as there was a professional photographer there along the wall near that pole towards the the middle of the room.
