This is set for columbus day weekend in Montevale New Jersey. Mercedes Benz USA has opened there doors to us and is helping us with preperations. We will be meeting at Mercedes Benz US headquarters on Saturday the 8th. They will provide an AMG representative and also a tour of the facility. Depending on the number of cars attending the event different events will be scheduled by MBUSA.

A track day is in the works at Englishtown's Raceway Park On Sunday the 9th. It is a VW day there that day and I am in talks with the facility manager about letting us join in with them as the facility is closed that day to the public. I look forward to hearing back from them for this. If this falls through we will put together a cruise and a photoshoot.

I have contacted two photographers in the New York area who will shoot the event for us. I am currently in contact with some national magazines for event coverage. I am also looking for someone to document the event on video for everyone.

I have also contacted several companies and have been told that they will provide discounts to those people who attend the event.

Is this list the new list of people that are going, or not going?? I imagine it's the latter since I said I might not come and this list is tiny compared to the original list you posted, so I'm assuming its the potential "outs" and not the new "in" list. But you are on this list which is what confuses me because presumably you are not "out" are you?? Once again, you've managed to confuse me.... Man, I must be really dumb cause you confuse me easily :p
