That's exactly my plan too !
Those zip-ties work perfectly on the AMG front black grill.
Just after you get the fix-it citation signed off, make sure to take it off immediately, because you don't want to accidentally have something hit your front license plate and push it into the black mesh grill.

You add your front license plates (by whatever means), take it to "ANY" law enforcement officer, have him sign the citation that it has been corrected, and return it by mail, or show up to present it in court. I think their might be like a filing fee of $12 or something. But that's it.
If you got a ticket for something else, and added the missing front plate, then that's probably what happened. No citation.

Yeah Fred I remember that day, that was me. My attorney pulled out the freaking miracle and got me off on a laser ticket violation. The deputy had a survey book on the street from 12/1999 and my ticket was on 01/01/2005 so it was over 5 years since the survey book was updated. The street survey books have to be under 5 years to be used in court. Since it was 5 years and 1 day the judge dismissed, hell yeahhhhhhhh.
Oh nice S4- I used to have a tip B4 with an ABT chip that hauled some mediocre butt. Nothing like the 996TT or the E55 but none the less a monster. If you are your friends are around, we could hook up this Saturday.
