that seems to be the plan !

Please please please (i'm talking from 10 MB Meets of Experience here),
make sure everyone coordinates the times for arrival / departure from each caravaning point. Glendale / Diamond Bar / etc...

Always give 5-10 minutes of lee-way for stragglers / traffic.
It might be a good idea to set up a mid-way point, in case people get left behind or stuck behind a traffic light or something. That way everyone can catch up again, and be on their way.
Like FrankW mentioned, walkie-talkies are good; and get leader & tail cell #'s to call in case you get lost, left behind, flat tire, etc....

I'll leave all the coordinating details to you guys... just want to make sure everything flows smoothly for this super MB Meet.

Can't wait to see all 100+ of you guys on the 15th !!!

Yo Jim- be careful in the Cav, I once got one as a rental because the stealership ran out of Benzes and I forgot about the lack of power on the freeway and nearly got run over by a semi.

Too bad you can't make this one, they just keep getting larger and larger.

James I passed on the Angel tix because my car wont be done so I will meet you at the Star at 900am. Then once we are ready we will go via the 210 to meet with the rest of the crew. You have all their info so please coordinate a meeting spot if you havent already.

If you are coming down the 5, check out the car wash by my house. Its about 20 minutes from Glendale in Santa Clarita. Ill be there early in the morning before I go to Glendale. Let me know if you need more info.

That sounds good. See you there at 9ish. Yes i've already coordinated with the Rowland Heights/Diamond Bar group. We'll meet them at the Rite Aid location. Not exactly sure how traffic is going to be at 134Efwy to the 210E and then the 57S so we might have to rush but again we'll see. So far the list of caravan is as follows.

please coordinate with Danny (dtxmob), as he's coming all the way down from San Jose.
Meeting up with you Vic at the car-wash in Santa Clarita is a good idea.
That way he can make it to the Glendale caravan too, since from there, it's a whole bunch of different freeways down to Diamond Bar and on to Irvine.

Meeting Time is: 9:00am - 9:30am Sharp We'll try and depart early to avoid traffic.

After we depart we'll be heading up the 134Efwy to the 210E and then the 57S to meet up with the Rowland Heights/Diamond Bar group. We'll be meeting up at the Rite Aid location then head down to Irvine. I'm not exactly sure what the travel time is because we might hit traffic but according to Vic there shouldn't be that much of a traffic on Saturdays. Also i've heard from the news that the weather is suppose to be cool maybe around high 60's to low 70's.

In any case i'll see everyone there tomorrow at 9am bright and early.

Great....This is gonan be interesting. Im going to a friends B-Day thing down in huntington, and i wont be driving. I think my Friend, Stoli will be there, and my other friend Jaeger.

Also vic are you talking bout the carwash by the mall? If so i love that place, they do a hell of a job.

Actually the one on Lyons next to the bowling alley. I use the one by the mall but its too much of a PITA to give directions. Lyons is pretty good dude- try it out. Ill be in HB too at night for some bar hopping and a BBQ.
