Singapore Mercedes-Benz Centre (56k warning)
Pictures from the hospitality event held at the Mercedes-Benz Centre in Singapore in conjunction with the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday, 12 March 2006.
Kimi Raikkonen came third and Juan Pablo Montoya came fifth. Mercedes McLaren is second on the constructors table. Not a bad result. The new F1 season promises to be an exciting season.
Cycle & Carriage, thank you for the invite.
Thanks also to the sponsors, Johnny Walker & Tag Heuer.
The drinks & food was great and we had lots of fun!
Hope that we will have more functions like this in Singapore.

A couple of questions:
1. How do we get invites to these events? Are they only opened to owners of the more expensive models?
2. Could you tell me whether we allowed to bring our cameras to photograph the cars at the Centre?

Hi dgwee
Answers to your questions:
1. Don't know. In deciding whether you are a customer that they should invite to these events, I guess Cycle & Carriage will assess whether you are an enthusiasts and a loyal customer of the Mercedes marque.
2. Don't know. I took a risk in posting these pictures but figure that Cycle & Carriage would not have any objections in me taking these photos and posting them on this forum. After all, they have a nice showroom and I am helping to give them more exposure. Surely, it can't hurt them to have more exposure like this.
