The people at Fry's are leaving at 12PM. So, we need to arrive at the very latest around 11:45 AM. This requires us to leave VERY PROMPTLY at 11:30AM (I'm not going to take the risk of getting my first speeding ticket) from Ohlone College, take the I880, off at Brokaw.
So, this means we should meet at 11:00 instead of our originally planned 11:15.
Also, No_Wur_E, you are also invited to caravan with us, since Fremont is on the way down.
Another note. I think it's adviseable that we be a bit early to the car meet that way we can be assured that the BMW guys haven't eaten up all the food (not that I'm trying to freeload on the food, I'm not even a big eater), and we can't have that now can we.

I don't worry about caravan from Fry's. We can go directly to CarLab if we are too late... I worry more about parking spot & food

I agree with Zoink here. We'll meet up at Ohlone College around 11 to 11:15 and we'll decide from there.
Regardless, the main point is to get to CarLab before the BMW guys do so. Besides, we don't want to slow down the SJ group if we meet up with them (imagine if we got cut off by a traffic light, that'd be terrible and everybody would get lost).

I think I'll try to make it too! Let's see... 145 miles one way! 15mpg with a heavy foot. 20 gallons of 91 octane. $3.50 a gallon. $70 + 4 hrs of driving.

If we're not careful, we may bring too many Mercedes cars and there won't be enough food for our BMW drivers. Only the BMW M3 friend we have here in this forum, ThisFlyGuy, will be the only BMW driver to eat.
