Out Of Control!!
Count me in. I am one of the ones who received a PM from Newton22. I will either link up in Hutchins or meet in Centerville.
There are several DFW guys on the C class forum. You might consider starting a thread there and letting them know about this GTG.

can drive 55, I took your advice and it's been posted at the 203 forum as well. We've got a guy in Houston who has a E55 very similar to yours, excluding rims. Maybe he'll show up.

Hey, glad to see you on board!
As mentioned before, I stated I'd post all of the caravan departure points for each city. Here they are.
Dallas:The caravan will be leaving from Carl's Jr on I-45 South. The address is 2500 S. I-45 Service Rd. Hutchins, TX 75141. It's exit 272 on the southbound side. They will start assembling at Carl's Jr at noon, and leave for Centerville at 12:30 pm.
Fort Worth:The caravan will meet at the Starbucks inside the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at 1612 South University Drive, Fort Worth, 76107. From I-30, exit University Drive and head south. Enter the University Village shopping center on the right side of University Drive after the Conoco gas station. The caravan will leave for Centerville at 12:30pm. Arrive earlier if you wish to have a late breakfast or early lunch. There are many restaurants in the University Village shopping center.
Houston:We'll be meeting at the Cracker Barrel at 14765 North Freeway. Houston, TX 77090. Take the Airtex exit (exit 63) from either direction to get there. We plan to meet up at 12:00PM, and depart for Centerville at 12:30PM. If you would like to have a late breakfast or early lunch while you're there, you're welcome to arrive earlier than 12:00PM, but just be ready to leave at 12:30PM.
Austin: The Austin caravan will be meeting at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock at 10:30 am. They will leave for Centerville at 11:00 am.

Out Of Control!!
I could have a problem. My car has an SRS malfunction and I need to have it fixed. I have an appointment to drop it off Thursday after work for repair on Friday. It is entirely possible that they will not finish it in one day. If that happens, I am screwed.

You can bring a c-class loaner if the worst happens.
Also, when you come to the park with us, there is a $2 admission charge (it's a state park). If anyone 12 and under is coming, park admission is free for them.

Provided they give me a C-Class. They told me on the phone that they no longer guarantee MB loaners. I think I have received better service from Honda dealers, but that would be OT. I will see how it goes and most likely, it will be ready on Friday.

Joe, I think it would be a good idea for everyone (caravaning from Dallas, Houston, Austin etc.) to exchange phone numbers. In addition, the day we take off, we should exchange some numbers. In the case someone needs to pull over on the highway due to some issue, I don't want to leave them behind. Just a thought.
