It's on. Mainly because I arranged to fly in from Asia to make it. Which makes this the furthest travel to a meet ever...10,000 miles.

Someone always brings some interesting food/drink items. Hopefully you all are spreading the word this time around.

We need:
Beer
cups
choice of grilled somethings
soda
ice
coolers
radio
plastic utensils and napkins
Costco jugs of condiments (Rubberninja has that covered)
Matchlight charcoal
etc etc.

It will happen unless a major storm will screw up the plans.
But who's bringing what?
I have the napkins and the toothpicks covered

I'll bring a beer alternative to the meet.

Someone really needs to take ownership of who's bringing what. Otherwise, we're gonna have to take turns on eating ketchup.

Thumbs up

Hey everyone... sorry i've been away from my "organizing duties"

I'll be driving down from North NJ (George Washington Bridge Area) So whoever is around or on the way we can pick a meeting point and all go down together.

Lilnora, i assume will help out with those closer to central NJ and this can be the 2nd meeting point. Also, i know we spread word to the BMW forum, do we have people coming from there as well? Let me know

As for food and drinks.
I can hop over to Costco and get some food/drinks.
(hotdogs? bergers?)
I'm not sure of the grilling area they have there, but i guess typical charcoal will do.

Our weather is not looking good thus far, but i am hoping it will change.
