If you start a VALLEY/LA Caravan, see if you can coordinate with the San Gabriel Valley or the South Bay caravans to merge or meet up down the line somewhere. Go ahead and start another caravan thread, just see the TITLE format, so that it's easy for people to pick the right caravan to jump on.
