Question Los Angeles Caravan to Euro Tunerfest Nov. 25...

Anyone interested in caravaning to Euro Tunerfest at Willow Springs Raceway (1 hour North of LA) on Sunday Nov. 25. It's bound to be a great day! We are thinking of meeting in Old Town Pasadena across the street from Rusnak Motors in the Supermarket parking lot at 6AM. The more the merrier!

Email me for more info or check out www.eurotunerfest.com .

If you can make it, please reply to this post so we can get an accurate head count. We can then post directions and more specifics on the meeting place. Thanks!

How about for the event on the Friday 23rd, can we meet up together for friday? I will probably be coming to that one, but not the one on Sunday. That supermarket in front of Rusnak is a perfect place to meet.

Thumbs up will be in SoCal

Guys, I don't post here much. I'm from NoCal but will be down in SoCal 'till the 26th. I'm intrigued by the EuroTunerFest as this is the first time I've heard it.

I hope you all don't mind if I tagged along your caravan. It should be fun.

I have a 2002 CLK430 black/ash with K3 and multi-contoured seats. It was the only one available and I didn't want to wait for 6 months.

I have a friend who has an IS300 and he might want to go also, so would you all mind having a Lexus with the caravan? Otherwise, my friend and I can just go there by ourselves.

Arnee, you should post here more often. I have always enjoyed your posts in the other SLK forums and now the CLK forums. You contribute greatly and I think your experience would be of a great help here !

Welcome Arnee, I was wondering who'd get my post. I think the Lexus should have to stay a few car lengths behind us! j/k

Shoot me an email on this. I'm not sure yet, but we're probably leaving around 6am on Friday morning.

If you guys can, try to make the Pasadena time later. I think 4 people are going to come up from San Diego, meet me in Orange, and then we're going to meet up with all of you in Pasadena. Does anyone mind waking up a little later?

Which date are you talking about, the 23rd or 25th? I sent an e-mail to Mr.Vanos asking him what time we should meet up for the event on the 23rd and the event on the 25th. Lets just wait and see what he says.

I'm a definite maybe for the caravan. I'd probably have to leave about 4:00 AM from San Diego to make the 6:00 AM Pasadena start.

For Sunday, the 25th, the gates open at 7:30am and we (EvoSport) have 2 cars being displayed in the MaxPower booth, so we need to be there early. If everyone wants to meet later, that's fine, but our crew needs to get there early. If you want to meet later, then someone needs to coordinate this, as I will not be able to meet at a later time on Sunday morning. I understand that the SD people will have to leave at 4am to get to Pasadena by 6am...is that too early? I'd love for all of us to caravan together. Thoughts?

Well so far, none of the SD people who I was referring to have made any more plans with me, so I have no problem with 6. I think it may be a good idea for someone to post the final plans for Sunday as soon as they are agreed upon.

Not sure yet. Friday's event is a private driving school, so it's not really an open day. I'm instructing that day and am waiting to hear back from the event coordinator to see if it's okay that people show up who are not registered for the school. I'll keep you posted.

Actually, it's an hour. Sorry Ben, when I said 40 min I meant from your house to Pasadena. From Pasadena to Willow Springs is roughly one hour.

My attendance

Guys, unfortunately, plans have changed for me this weekend as I will be going up north earlier than expected. Needless to say, I will not be able to make any of the EuroTuner Fest event and gatherings!

Next year...
