Anybody know a good DWI lawyer in Nassau?
I recently got my license suspended for DWI. Does anyone here know any experienced lawyers in Nassau? I'm19 and I can't have a DWI on my record. I talked to a lawyer Robert Brunetti, who supposedly won many cases but he charges a VERy steep price. Thanks for any recommendations/advice...

You're 19 and you were caught with a DUI/DWI?
If you can't have a DUI on your record, why did you do it?
My advice is don't do it again because it's one of the dumbest thing a person can do. You put yourself at risk and innocence drivers too. You have to pay to play, I guess. Good luck to you. If you don't find a way, your second time could be a felony if your state has that law. I'm assuming that the CLS is a gift from your parents, and you don't want to lose it because you can't drive anymore, do you?

All I can say is good luck, with this and your life. Not trying to be a dick or make you feel like ***** but I'm 19 and I would never do anything like that. My older cousin died in a car crash because of a drunk driver. On one hand the rule sucks cause of the zero tolerance for underage drivers. It is a b!tch cause of how the rule changes from 20 to 21 years old. But if you were over .08 there is nothing anyone of us can do for you. Good luck

PM Tyro. He's a PA lawyer but might be able to give you a name in NYC.

20+ to list......
19 and DWI in Nassau County? You are asking for it. I know it's mandatory suspension for 6-9 months, with community service and a hefty fine in NJ, which you can probably expect the same for NYS. I have a lawyer, his name is Marvin Robbins, very good at what he's doing, here's his number: 516-222-2929 and tell him Anthony sent you. Be honest with him about the situation. Good luck!!

Yeah Marvin is one of top lawyers around. I have heard from one of my friends. He got charged with drunk driving in LA recently and hired an experienced Los Angeles DUI attorney Thankfully, the lawyer got all his charges dismissed.

Defense lawyer here.
Two things. DUI arrests are like shoplifters, it's been done multiple times before. And under 21 DUIs are .02 BAC which is very low, so a lot of defenses are available.
"DUI LAWYERS" are often stigmatized by prosecutors as they take up a lot of the courts time, and don't get reductions as a result.
