I'm not sure of everyone's location, so I will just throw this out there. How does everyone feel about linking up, and then rolling up to Baltimore in a sort of convoy? The link up area can be enroute?, I'm open to suggestions, as this will be my first time to MB of Baltimore. And I don't know the area.

Haha, ROOKIE! Will I'm totally down with this idea. Now that the ICC is open we can probally meet around the North Laurel, Columbia, or Ellicot City area. There should be plenty of parking and easy access to 95 to roll out. MB of Baltimore is right in Catonsville so it's not too far from this location to get to.

Yullie, updated my info on the sheet...also, Danny with the Mischa/IForged SL55 from DMV1 is interested in coming but will be flying back in to town that morning so . I will know hopefully early next week, I'm sure everyone will enjoy seeing his SL if he can make it!

Do you prefer to meet at like a mall where you can grab food prior or at a location such as a bank that we know will be closed on sunday. I have a few places that I know of in Columbia area right off the top of my head that are close to 29.

To be honest, I can't speak for everyone. I would prefer to meet at a bank. As a mall will be crowded and some members may find it difficult to find everyone in a busy parking lot. Remember that there will be food provided at the event. I will still have a very light lunch. If you know of other people that are interested, by all means add there name to the list, and have them come it.

The event is picking up enough interest that a couple of businesses have offered to sponsor awards for some of the different categories of the popular vote show.

Benz-O-Rama I remember you quite well! Hope you can make it on Sunday!

Spoke with Shawn Parrett, the Parts Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Baltimore this morning on the final plans. We are a go!

They will be doing a cookout kind of event for food, with burgers and dogs, and hot cider to keep us warm throughout the afternoon.

For those sports fans, there is a big screen TV in the customer lounge area, so any games going on will not be missed.

Shawn will have the Parts Dept open, so you can do your holiday shopping for both you and your car. The Service Dept will have some techs there, and they will be glad to talk under the hood issues with you from their experience (this is not a DIY event, GWS holds those throughout the year)!

Various MBCA members will be on hand to talk you into joining us at our track day and autocross events, as well as other activities like DIY events, that are held by the largest section of the club in the country.

Come, hang out and have fun with cars!

Don't forget to bring a new unwrapped toy and/or non-perishable food donation for charity. We will be stuffing an M-B full of goodies for those in need!
