Only 3 other guys met up at this location... Anyway, nice to meet you guys and decent turnout at the dealership. I wish the award was better than a ribbon but at least I won "Best SLK (or SL)" category. Pics/videos coming up later.

It was great meeting everyone. Plans got altered this morning with company so I wasnt able to make it to the first meetup. I was glad to meet everyone and it is always fun meeting with other enthusiast. James your SL definitely deserved the win in the category. That was one clean SLK. Look forward to seeing people at future events. I had the StormTrooper C.

I thought the voting categories were a little bizarre: Best Cabriolet, Best Modified, Best Non-Mercedes, Best Sportlich-SL or SLK (was that the right word?), Best of Show, Best Wagon or SUV, Best Vintage, Best 2-Door, Best 4-Door. I can't remember the rest. I know it's just a ribbon but it was nice to have the people's vote.

Thanks, Ludicrous Speed. Good eyes-my car was #24 for the show and that is my car on Sonic Tuning's website. Those are the ST160 wheels. I used to have a CF front lip until an unnamed dealership destroyed it so now I have a full Carlsson replica body kit. Everyone is suprised that the wheels are not expensive/HREs. Call MB of Baltimore tomorrow to get some info on those gigantic hot dogs.

I enjoyed meeting everyone and really enjoyed looking at all the wonderful cars.

That old 200 brought back some memories. I learned to drive on a 1964 190 with a column shift. Nice!!!
