Nice pics of the cars, and a generous amount of your E-class and your friend's SL Speaking of the SL, I noticed in the picture that the dual exhaust pipes on the right-hand side seems a bit misaligned. Am I seeing this right, or is it just the camera shot? Sorry for bringing this up, I'm kinda picky on details

Thanks everyone for showing up. It was good to get a variety of people this time. Jay - I've got your tongs, in case you're looking for them.
I like Nuk's idea of the beach thing, though I'll leave my Speedo at home. Anthony's burnout was pretty amazing - never seen that on an MB before.

And my sled was actually waxed and pretty for a change.
So it sounds like Nuk filled in for Silver Lana on the supplies this time?
I'm in on the beach thing. I'd even suggest everyone meet at my rental in Beach Haven last week in August...nice large parking space and the house is right on the beach. But my in-laws are paying and I don't feel comfortable inviting people over.

ps.. I think I have one autox on the tires... we'll have to find out the hard way... no tires, no HPDEs this weekend. I was invited to two seperate track days by two dif groups... blows

The CL-grille they make for the S-class is an actual OEM CL and they cut it to make it fit, i'd like to see an actual CL grille in an E-class

it's actually the CL sports grill. Its the not the replica made by Lorinser to fit the w211. It is a little different in that it has more lips, chrome and behind the center star is different.
