For those of you that are going to be in town, how about going to the car show as a group on thanksgiving day and followed by a meet? just a suggestion since we didn't get to meet 2 weeks ago....feel free to share your thoughts...

This is a pretty good idea. I used to go religiously, but haven't been for two years (nothing I really wanna see, other than a Ford GT, and I can do that in person elsewhere)...but it would be cool to go and criticize everything as a group.

I have *no* promises, but I might be able to get a smallish group of you guys into the VIP event the night before (same thing, only it's not open to the public and you get dinner). If I go, I will attend this because thanksgiving day is a big thing @ my place.

This is the annual car show at SF moscone center, starting next week...this is usually my tgiving day event if i don't go out of town since there's nothing else open that day. My buddy Daniel (the camera man), who was also at the last mb meet, is gonna go also..

Man, I'm a little bummed I can't go to this event on Thanksgiving. I'm going to be in Las Vegas/LA... But please let me know how it goes!

I'd love to go but the only place I'm going on Thanksgiving Day is mom's house for 10 hours of eating and drinking. Wednesday night sounds better.

so anyone interested in an end of the yr meet? any suggestions or time? rather than stand around and stare at each other's rides, how about some activities such as karting?

A drive would be cool but it will be hard to predict the weather these days....

Karting? Is the indoor one in Santa Clara still open? I'd be game.
