I like the CLK and the Vector, also the turquoise M3 in the background. I liked the E-class too until they opened the hood. Yikes, what's with the hot pink engine trim cover?

Mr. Vanos, t-bone, Mach430, JamE55: It was great meeting up with all you guys.
The Kleemann cars were amazing, they didn't even sound like they were Supercharged, they're real sleepers.

Nice meeting you too. Just to rub it in, I may be riding/driving in the Kleeman 430/55 tomorrow. What were your opinions on the show? That was my first big one. Was it big? Personally, I liked the red 430 the best.

Damn, I should have gone with you guys. I didn't do anything but sit around all day anyways. Next time, I'm up for it. Just try not to lose me, okay? My Honda can't "hang the big boys".

It was good to meet you guys too. (Mr. Vanos, JamE55, Mach430, Blue Benz).
The show wasn't too big I thought, but it was cool to see the cars on the track.
I don't know why there were so many VW's being shown though. They were all polishing their cars and blasting their sound systems while the MB's and BMW's were racing away on the track.

Did any of you notice that a Honda Civic won one of the competition's there? I don't know what it was, but they were trying for a few minutes to get whoever owned the Civic to go up to the winner's area.

Yes, it was a very fun day! But VERY COLD!!! I got the chance to drive the Kleeman CLK43K and E32K all day long on the track last Friday and drove the E55K on Sunday. I also got asked to drive the CLK43K on Sunday in the drift contest
I ran the practice session, but decided not the run the contest. It would have been way too risky to force the car into a drift and it's not my car...it was fun anyway!
Good to have met some of you as well.

Simon,
Can you comment on the E32K? How would you say it compares to a stock E430? I don't want to bother with the Kleemann kit if I'm better off moving up to a 430. Thanks.

If you're only interested in the Supercharger, not the suspension etc, I would think that the benefits of a warranty would make the 430 much more appealing.

However, the E32K is very well balanced. On this particular model, Kleeman had installed their electronically adjustable suspension. This setup was the most incredible thing I've ever driven. The car was so well hooked up at any speed. It felt solid at 130mph going through bends, where the CLK43K with just springs felt very loose. You can easily throttle steer the car and it would remain where you want it, no bouncing, no sway. Although the CLK43K was faster, by the end of the day, the harder I pushed the E32K, the more I loved it!

Thanks for the info, Mr. V. Since you're comparing the E32K to an E55, I'm going to assume it's more exciting than an E430. I still think it would be cheaper for me to add a Kleemann kit rather than trade in for a 430. The Kleemann suspension sounds interesting (I also read about it in European Car). Doesn't it follow the same premise as MB's own ABC suspension?
I regret not making it to this event. I was out of town, so it couldn't be helped. Maybe I'll see you guys in Irvine this weekend (if I'm not in Vegas).
