Anyone for a Bay Area meet?
We havent had a Bay Area meet since Sept of last year. Anyone interested in a local meet, meaning not driving down to Santa Barbara etc. Id like to meet new and old members like we did last time. Maybe at Stanford shopping center like last time, or even San Mateo area?

It's hard to get members from the Bay area to meet up. We've had a few small ones in San Mateo in Feb. and one in Sunnyvale in March.
I'm up for a meet. Some have been planned and were cancelled due to not enough members signing up. If we can set a date and give enough notice we may have a good turn out.

It would be a good time to meet up again since weather has been pretty good. Damn at that last BarBQ, I had to go home to wash my car cuz of all that pollen fall out.

We are also planning an SLK only meet in San Francisco at the Marina parking lot at Scott Street and Marina Boulevard. We are meeting at 10:30am on Saturday, May 22 and then heading up to Muir Woods over the GG bridge. It is a great drive. Last time we met was in April and we had over a dozen SLKs down in Woodside for a drive to Half Moon Bay.
If any of you in the Bay Area own an SLK you are more than welcome to join in.

Yeah, I had to wash mine too. There is also a meet in Palo Alto at the Town and Country shopping center on the 29th. I believe it's being held by the MB Bay Area group.

naw...don't worry edison....it's not you. i'm actually a really nice guy. It takes alot to tick me off and this little weasel has pushed too far. He knows who he is. Actually MOST people from the last sunnyvale meet know who i'm talking about, cuz his chicken a$$ didn't show up.
