Location: Tower Records - Congressional Plaza Parking Lot
side parking lot near the bank (always lots of space)
And later we'll roll down to the starbucks on 355 or do whatever.
Time: arrive between 7:30-9 PM

Well the cabbie is kinda apart as I am prepping for concours so might be stuck with the 500. Besides its not the kinda car a bunch of guys hang out around on a Fri night.
