You can keep Alpharetta and your suburban fabulousness.
I commute 2 miles to work and spend less than 15 minutes total time in the car daily. No accident that I can't go around, no expressways, no chips in my cars, no semis to deal with, no commuting that takes 60 plus minutes each way...it sucks - oh wait, no it doesn't.
Have had my SL now for 3 months - I just finished the 1000 mile break in last week - and I drive it daily.
The only hellish part of living in town is dealing with the people who don't live in town who have to come in to be so wonderfully trendy.

I guess the bottom line is that we should all like where we live. I am definitely a city person and would be very unhappy outside of the city itself. For me, suburbia is hell. For others, it's the greatest thing in life.
But I don't like hearing others **** on living anywhere else in a left handed manner ("Everything OTP is better...."). If you like what you have, great, but leave mine alone. If that's your opinion, great, but feel free not to share it to the detriment of others.
You don't pay for my life - so don't feel free to tell me what's wrong with it - or how you think I need to improve on my life.
Sorry to anyone who may have been personally offended by the exchange.
BTW, AlpharettaC32, don't throw so much attitude when you only drive a C-class.

We usually have some Supras, maybe a S2000 come as well. Everyone is an enthusiest and just likes talking cars and meeting people.

I couldn't give a damn what you think about a C versus an SL. I do KNOW one thing though: Anytime you want to race, I'm game. You can crawl back home and cry about how your precious coupe got smoked by a 4-door sedan.

should hush up---I live in Macon, fer crying outloud..you think you got traffic troubles? Why don't you try fightin the traffic on 75 around South Metro just to try to GET to some culture, even if it is near the airport...or at the northside, or in the BMZ---hey, I gotta put 200 miles on my CLK cab just to get a good valet parking spot to show it off! Hush up now!(as we say way OTP)...
Wish I could make it Friday but don't think I can. To be at the location at the appointed time with a clean car, I'll need to leave now (Thursday, 12PM) ..hope someone schedules another GTG on a Sat or Sun...
