I did some location scout today.
Location 1, AAA auto club plaza on Diamond Bar Blvd near the 57fwy exit.

Last time we had a large meet (Rosebowl), though we had a nice turn out of owners, the heat was probably one of the causes why members could/would not stay long...
Are there any other options closer??... if we are looking for large parking lots... then what about the Rosebowl as it was done last time... good mid point for everyone
