Greetings all,
I know I am a newbie and all and I am probably not the best person to coordinate this. My car is pretty much stock except for my side blinkers. We have spoke in a previous thread regarding a meet, but people on the forum are not responding to it as I thought it would, so I am starting a new thread to see if anybody is interested. I am very open. Somebody suggested Saturday and another suggested Nassau Coliseum, so here it is.

I hope Nassau Coliseum don't have a game or event that day. I don't really know the area that well and where exactly to meet (once I get furthur information, I'll keep you guys posted). I was thinking about 12pm because we can meet up and then check out each other's ride and go grab a bite.
This is an open invitation, anybody can attend. Bring your ride, lunch money, and digital camera.
Don't reply to this thread. Just PM me if you are intersted in going and I'll update this list.

Damn, won't be able to make it. 
If you want more interest, you will have to schedule it with a little more advance notice so we can change our plans as necessary.
And remember, any sizeable meet will need a permit for most places.

Sorry for the last minute invitation, but it was actually discussed in the W210 thread before. It is hard to accomindate everybody. It will be nice if more people can make it.

Well we have to remember that this a *private* property, and therefore, they may not appreciate people using their property for purposes that they have not approved. I just mentioned this since the last meet that I was at in Brooklyn at Floyd Bennet Field, permits were required.

Actually I spoke to and agree with stemags that we should reschedule. Weather is not looking good and hopefully at another date, more people can show up. Sorry guys.

I would try to schedule these things at least two weeks in advance typically of announcing a date or set of dates. One week is simply not enough time to expect a decent showing.
Although, I might be able to make it this weekend depending.

The originial thread was in the W210 (N.Y.C. Thread) and I gave people a lot of time to think about it. Unfortunately not a lot of people reply back.
