Dear MB fellow enthusiast,

In response to the tragedy overseas, Europrojektz has decided
to step aside from the focus of competition in the import tuning scene in
an effort to use our numbers for something greater than our vehicles and
personal goals by trying to help those much more in need than us. For this
reason we will be collecting donations at the So Cal Euro car show on
behalf of the Red Cross to aid those people affected by the Tsunamis. This
event has showed us all how precious life is and how there is much more to
horsepower, bodykits, or cars as a whole. Whether we were directly
affected by the tragedies or know others that were, this unfortunate event
has affected us all as human beings.


We understand that many of you have already generously donated to various
charities and aren’t asking that everyone at the show donate nor are we
going to specify a dollar amount, we just want to include our great
community amongst the others who have come together and contributed as
groups. EP has been diligently working with the Red Cross for the past few
weeks to try to get a representative to come out, but unfortunately with
their tapped resources they do not have anyone for this coming Saturday.
For this reason EP will be conducting the drive ourselves. The Red Cross is
directly affiliated with this drive and we will be displaying our contract
with The Red Cross as well as, hopefully, a few donation canisters if they
can provide them.


We are not alone in our quest to use the ability to bring our fellow
enthusiasts together for a greater cause. So Cal Euro will also be donating
the proceedings from the raffle to various donations also raising money for
Tsunami victims. This meet that they have arranged is already a great day
for all of us to come together and now it has a greater cause above it. At
the end of the day whatever we may collect as a whole will only reflect
positively on our community.

Please remember that this show will go on rain or shine, we hope that all
who have registered come out and those who have not to look into coming out
and seeing all those people from the forums they may have not met or just
come out to catch up with friends and see some great rides.
