CPO Extended warranty
I bought a CPO 2013 GLK 350 and was told that I have to buy the extended warranty at the time of purchase else MB won't give it to me.
Somewhere I read that I had 30 days from the purchase. Is that true?
I am wondering there is still original warranty in place can't I buy it anytime before the original one expires?

does anyone have the answer to this question?
Can I buy a CPO locally and add the extra 2 years later?

Yes, you can buy the CPO extension anytime before the original warranty expires. What they probably meant about the 30 days is that there's a 10-15% surcharge for the warranty after the 30 days.

I am trying to hardwire install my Dash Cam, and tried to find switched power in the overhaed console.
I was not able to find any switched power wire,
I wanted to test the - red (hot) and brown ( ground) - wires to see if these are time delayed as some have suggested.
I tapped these two wires and wired in a VERY low draw LED to see if the power to these lines do turn off with a delay.
The LED does not turn off even after 2 hours after being parked.
So I am left with no other option than to wire the Dash Cam to the passenger side, under the dash and them to the Lighter plug, which I know is Switch on power.
Did anyone else have any other solutions?
