Looking to find out where is the best place to buy Extended Warranty for Mercedes-Benz. Want only original Mbenz warranty not any third party. Of course the dealer where I buy 2023 GLS will sell extended warranty but looking toshop around on MB warranty . For example Honda extended warranty from my local dealer was 4 times higher that I got from a Honda dealer from another state. So checking to see if there is a preferred Mbenz dealer that charges less for the same benz extended warranty

BTW in case someone is looking the best rates for Extended Warranty From Mercedez Benz I found so far for new GLS 450

about 500 to 2000 more than my local dealer. Warranty honored any MB dealership in the US

Prepaid Maintenance (Although not sure if prepaid maintenance is worth it)

If you know of better rates for Extended warranty (Only MB warranty as not interested in third party warranty) please post. I can also provide info on where you can get the above rates but need to make sure I can post it here and not violate posting rules

I can tell you if you shop around you can put these guys against one another. Some scummy dealers will upcharge like crazy. I had a dealer try to sell me for 5750, when I asked my guy he said 4999, and then the scummy guy was like “ok 4999”. Then I just skipped it bc it’s all in a business anyway, and he was like “how about $4500?” No thanks and very annoyed. To boot, when I originally asked if there was wiggle room the answer “the price is the price”. So annoying. Anyway, there’s a guy named Josh at Benz in Poughkeepsie NY who will sell at cost.

it would be worth it to email Jeff Jackson at MB of Louisville and see what he offers. If you shoot him an email explaining you got his contact from the forums he will offer the most competitive rate in the country. He knows his stuff and will FedEx you the contract. He’s helped me through a lot, but I did quickly learn that he’s strapped for time and doesn’t have time to answer 50 questions. Lay all your questions out in the original email. The only thing he can’t sell is wheel and tire because they can only be purchased at the store you bought the car from at the time of sale. I learned that the hard way - I bought it from a store out of state and tried to use it at my dealer. They said I was SOL and could not use it. Jeff confirmed this. I don’t have his email but I’m sure if you Google his store and name it will pop up.
