Anyone know where I might find some cheap?
I don't care if they are used or whatever as long as they are in great condition.

Tom

Tom,
we only have ORIGINAL mercedes BI XENON headlights (so - whatever mercedes installed from factory in the 2003 and up models) and we can send you a set (complete with bulbs, ballast & igniters) for 1000USD per USPS from california....we don't deal with aftermarket (*****ty) headlights and don't paint headlights either (we will leave that up to you).
we do not have wood steering wheel buttons either - we only deal with original mercedes parts

steve

I didn't realise all those aftermarket parts you see everywhere were so poorly manufactured.
I'll be sure to rip the Lorinser kit off my CL as soon as I can find a crowbar you @$$hole.

Nothing MB related (sorry)
I always thought that every person was entitled to have his own opinion. And that opinion doesn't have to be similar to what others feel or think... but that could be just me.
Steve is no fan of aftermarket parts. But that doesn't mean that he thinks other people should feel the same, or that they aren't allowed to put aftermarket parts on their cars. That's an individual choice.
Also, it doesn't say in your emails that your car comes with a Lorinser kit. So how could Steve diss your body kit...? And even if he knew, he wouldn't have commented on the Lorinser parts. The only thing he talked about, was the bi xenon headlights we could offer - and that those headlights are original Mercedes parts, and no aftermarket headlight parts.

gotta go with tom on this one,he may not be right about everything he said but by no means a professional salesman can talk to a customer using words like *****ty or/and (we will leave that up to you) in the context it was used..very disappointing

It's like I enjoy taking some pride in my car and no, not everything on it was manufactured by Mercedes or even in Germany but whatever... Just because I'm running Vista doesn't mean I'm going to turn up my nose at Apple's iTunes as being "*****ty" just because Microsoft didn't make it.

...well if people tend to think that aftermarket headlights (which was the only thing in that mail that was called *****ty) and lorinser bodykits are all one and the same product - so be it...

Great now no one else responds with anything constructive whatsoever. Fantastic. *rollseyes*
Hey I did just have a thought though, instead of spending $1000 for a complete set, why the heck can't I simply replace my cloudy old lenses with the new clear ones directly?
Just swapping out the glass has gotta be WAAYYY cheaper than the cost of buying all new headlamps right?
Does anyone sell just the lenses? Even you Steve? lol Whatever... I'm seriously sick of these stupid factory fogged-lamps.
(Guess they did that instead of sticking grey bumpers on these cars so they could have an easy job of "updating" the model once people's leases were up... lame.)
