For Sale: W211 Power Folding Mirrors
Power CONVEX folding mirrors w/ replacement door switch for sale for 2003 - 2006 W211s. Purchased a few months ago, but never
had a chance to install them and I no longer need them (used to live in condo w/shared garage....now I have my own garage). Asking
$650 including shipping.
The color of your ride doesn't matter because all that you replace is the interior components, wiring, and interior door panel switch
(all included in the sale). You actually re-use your existing sideview mirror shells/housing. (See picture below from a friend's W211
with folding mirrors)
These are plug and play on late 2003 through 2006 W211's. I have heard that the install isn't that difficult. Here is a link to posts including

Once installed, the new switch will allow you to manually operate/fold the mirrors. But once you have them activated using the Star
Diagnostic System, you can set them so that they "Auto Fold When Locked" ...... pretty convenient
(See picture below).

From what I understand it is. I think you end up removing your door panel and the mirror, switching out the housing and control switch, then reinstalling everything....and thats about it. PM member 'Benz-O-Rama' if you have questions. He has done the install (twice) on his E-Class. He is a good guy and would surely help you out if you had specific questions.
