the rear diffuser looks like there is a gap or damage right along the top where it meets the bumber. Is there any damage? does it come with all the brackets?

lol that's just dirt/water i had just driven the car from New Mexico in heavy rain. No damge to the rear diffuser. I believe the grille will only fit a C63
