Good luck. These are quite hard to come by. Your best bet is to have a shop do the work from scratch.

I may have a lead on a set from a customer who didn't install theirs from the 1st GB.

I am not 100% sure if they are available but I will let you know. If not, there is always a potential for a future GB.
