replacing catalyser - fuel system adjustment

Can anyone help with advice post-catalyser replacement? I fitted a simple non-cat stainless system to my UK-model 300GES (1991). It runs very much better, but is too rich on cold-start. It is OK when the oxygen sensor kicks in after a couple of seconds.

Anyone know how to adjust the cold-start mixture on the fuel injection system?
