Blinking fuel light but have 1/2 tank on G500
The fuel light on the bottom of the fuel gauge that lights up when you go below 1/8 of a tank is blinking. There is a 1/2 tank of fuel. Any ideas?

W163 ML500 w/Kleeman headers (gone but not forgotten); R63
On the W163, it will do that and eventually throw a CEL. Check gas cap first for worn gasket, otherwise, have it scanned.
Can be purge valve, shut off canister or I believe the charcoal cannister. Or any one of the hoses going any of those.
