Radiator fan running too often
I've been reading about this issue on many other MB cars, but for the Gwagon, nothing. The fan does run quite often. Granted, it is 90 degrees here in FL so is this normal or is the radiator fan to sensitive, or are there fuses, etc causing this to run longer than normal..?
Any G owners have this experience that can chime in?

Oh really, ok then great! However, I will check the coolant and ratio + sensors to also confirm they are set...Thanks!

This is common with the G. Honestly its just how the car was setup to make sure it stays cool in hot desert climates. Im in SoCal where the weather is about the same temp as yours, and my aux fan runs constantly.
You have to remember this vehicle was originally designed for the sheiks in the middle east, and they are still really popular over there.

I am also on board with everyones answers, frequent running of the aux fan is normal, especially when using the A/C, while go off and on by the minute depending on the overall temperate and A/C usage. When it stops running is when you should really worry.

I found a excellent indy MB mechanic that knows these trucks well. He too, says that the fan will run esp when the AC is below 72 degrees and outside temp is 80+. Indeed, these trucks are designed to withstand extreme temps.
It's comical contrast that when at a stop light, the car next to me turns off and goes quiet bc it has the start/stop feature... but on my side, my truck gets louder b/c the fan turns... Also, each time I go through the Starbucks drive thru, I have to turn the truck off...then cannot hear me..I love it!
