My order is through Mercedes of North Olmsted. Supposedly they received a special allocation for one local superstar basketball player (LBJ) but I am #1 on their deposit list as I was the first to put a deposit down. I haven't been contacted to spec it yet. I am just worried that my slot was given away to LBJ.
Hope it is yours, 127 Electric Beam.
Production Slated for April.

The first 8 for the USA have just been loaded onto boats today!
My first order is on a boat, and is scheduled to arrive the 7th of Jan.
I would have to assume Delivery will be before end of January for the 1st 4X4's, however let's wait and see when we get Certification from the DOT.

awesome. One of those on your list is mine. Dealer told me that it may be February before they are released. Said Mercedes USA still hasn't officially launched the vehicle le yet. Also they estimated it would arrive to USA mid January. If they got put on a boat today how would it get to USA in 7 days?

Boat ETA is the 6th of Jan, so plenty of time to get the DOT Certification before end of month I think.

I can't recommend enough that any person looking to buy from a Bernie Moreno dealership stay far far away. This whole experience has been a complete and utter joke.

Thank you, it is very obvious at this point they are not going to honor my deposit and have been lying and giving me lip service for what is now 7 months.

I've been in constant contact with them, last communications were December 13th and 14th when they asked me to spec a color, which was a day before you posted they recieved their second allocation. I even have gotten Mercedes N.A. involved a few months ago. I think they are just going to refuse to deal with me because I went to Mercedes N.A. and let them know of the situation.
I have no idea, but I sent them an email of my awareness of their second allocation but not that I know it's not my color I want to see what they say.
