I dont believe the order banks are open or there is even DOG available, in the USA.That being the case irrespective of what your dealer may have said, if you live in the USA your car is not in NETSTAR as a confirmed order.

G550 DOG came out about 3 weeks after the Detroit show. So would think the AMG DOG comes out sometime late april. Gave my dealer a deposit to get on the "list" said I was 3rd. Don't normally jump into the first model year but taking the plunge on this one. Hope I don't regret it. Dealer admitted to not knowing when they would get a AMG delivered but they said most likely late 2018. They think they will start to see G550s mid to late summer.
