Parts I have shown are all correct. I just don’t know where the one bushings Conor how they mount. I also don’t know if the bushings slip over stabilizer?
I think they’ll be the same except for the ORC brackets, the diagram they sent you looks like they used a 350 diesel model judging by the file name of the print at the top of the page
In my Merc owned online catalogue the parts I listed were for a model weighing 4800kg so Im thinking 6x6 model
Hey sorry, I didn't log in for a while. I actually had mine mounted at a shop, so sorry I can't say too much about getting it done.
Those parts pictured above (items 30-70) don't attach to anything, they clamp on to the bar just inboard (both sides) of the bottom end link connection to stop the sway bar from shifting from side-to-side. I'll take some pictures this evening and post them up.

The inside bushing is to prevent side to side movement. Put a little dish soap on stabilizer/sway bar and inside bushing and slide them on. I did same thing for other bushings.
tKe one wheel off to install all-thread (threaded rods). Total time to install about 50-75 min. I could prob Lu do faster next fine but took time lining everything up.
Highly recommended for lifted Gwagens. Got rid of excess movement.

If the bracket from ORC attaches the top of the rod, how can the the kit be installed if buying the parts from other sources and not having the bracket?

The large ORC bracket fits inside the large diameter frame openings. They supply large threaded rods (All threads) that go to each side and attach to the brackets using washers and lock nuts.
They are very thick. You could have someone fabricate these for you but sure they wouldn’t be cheap to make. I don’t know what Mercedes does for the Square but would be easy enough to find out. I am going to research the front sway bar from one as that’s what’s ORC mentioned to me about an upgrade.
Yep, those large, heavy duty end brackets are what ORC bring to the party. Just about everything else in the kit is OEM (from other Mercedes vehicles) or standard stuff you can get at the hardware store. I actually had to go get the 2 threaded rods myself that hold those ORC brackets in place, they got lost in the mail and weren't included in what they sent me.

Still trying to catch glimpses of the squared and 6x6 chassis in YouTube videos, Google images etc to see if MB has an alternative method of mounting the ends of the sway bar to the G chassis but its an impossible task so far

there’s no rear sway bar on the 4x4 squared that i’ve ever seen
