Project Lift - 2012 G550 on 34 inch tires

BFGoodrich just came out with the Mud Terrain KM3, looks like an excellent tire with low on-road noise. I was thinking of getting them, but there are limited sizes right now. If they're in the size you want, I'd recommend them. Otherwise, the KO2s are great if you spend most of your time on pavement, which I do, so I went with them.

And the Q about the tires. I like the M/T. Ive had really good luck with them on other trucks. Ive ran 40x15.5x22s on my last trucks and they rode smooth and decently quiet for the size. I take my stuff offload and do put a decent amount of highway miles when I do rive them. On the G they roll perfectly fine 80mph+. Now I wouldn't be going 100+ on these hahaha.

I'm going to get my brush guard powdercoated as well, looks much better that way.

If you go go any further than 2-2.5”, that is where the big money comes in. Lots of little things to address that add up (don’t ask how I know)

I actually had my garage door opening modified and increased 4 inches in height from the standard 6'10" opening, and added a high-lift (side) door opener. So, I still have around 3-4 inches clearance. I may add a roof rack at some point, not sure that would be low profile enough to fit but we'll see!

What tires size did you have on your G?
I'm getting a 2" lift too and was wondering whether to go with 33" or 35". From most pictures I've seen, 35" seems to big and unproportinal with a 2" lift. The tires you have on look great though but I can't tell whether they're 33" or 35".
