Steering wheel vibration on G63

In the first several miles of the day, once speed reaches 50-60 Mph is when strong vibrations is very noticeable in the steering wheel. It seems to be fine after the tires are warmed up....

I am guessing its the cold tires may be the cause.

Any one with similar experience?

Currently has stock Yokohama Advent tires on the truck.

Thanks

The tires are probably flat spotted from the cold weather. This happens especially if they get up to operating temperature and are then left sitting for an extended time in cold weather. As long as it goes away after warm up you should be OK.

No more MB:(
I get occasional vibrations at that exact speed and then it goes away at 65-70 MPH. Could be tires, or could be road conditions.

My g63 behaves exactly this way...it goes away after probably 3-4 miles and the vibration is very subtle..but after 3-4 miles...zero vibration...Mine is driven 7-10 times a month and most early morning drives have this subtle vibration....maybe it is the transmission and full time four wheel drive coming up to temp?

Glad to hear it is somewhat normal...I have stock Yoko advan as well

My first experience with this was yesterday and it was NOT subtle. I though I ran over something and dragged it for a few hundred feet before the vibration went away.
This morning I took it out to simulate what had happened yesterday, and it was not as violent...it was more subtle today and that is why I am guessing that the tires are the cause.
More research shows that other members with older G models experience this as well.
