My Nitto Ridge Grapplers worked real well in the snow this winter. Pics in previous post about tires https://mbworld.org/forums/g-class-w...ml#post7667585. I went with the bigger tire for the more aggressive look

The dealer here recommends Michelin Pilot Alpin PA5 SUV. I'm from the Northeast coast, unsure I want performance winters. on DM-V2 Tirerack doesn't have much, they are saying Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2.

I just ordered the BF Goodrich All terrain T/A KO2 to replace my current winter tires and for the more aggressive look. Will probably run them year round.

DMV2s are great. Unlike alot of off road tires, there are spongey and provide awesome traction in ice and snow situations.

Has anyone tried out Nokians R3s? I decided to give them a shot this season as they are tried and true in the Nordics. And the pot hole saving application of aramid sidewalls is an interesting use. Nothing worse than a flat at night in the snow due to a pot hole!
