2019 G550 Cell Phone Mount
iphone/device mounting position
I have a 2019 G550 and I'd like to find a cell phone mount that looks as integrated as possible with the car itself. Rennline makes a great cell phone mounting device for Porsche, and I'd really like to find something similar to that (see link below), but for my 2019 G550. Does anyone know if / where I can find something along those lines? Thanks.

all that rennline looks like is a ordinary magnetic mount. I got a brushed aluminum one that clips onto the dash vent at Marshalls for like $7....works great and matches the stainless on my Range Rover perfectly.

I agree that cup holder looks like the best solution for the ‘19 G’s. I just ordered the WeatherTech cup holder mount. Weather Tech has good quality and made in USA.

I read the reviews and the Weather Tech is not so hot so went with Cellet for $29 largely based upon buyer feedback of 4.2 stars. I'd give it 2 stars because I was dumb enough to fall for this Pep Boys China plastic pos on Amazon. Doesn't work in the G as it's too short and the phone hits the counsel. Works in my wifes GLC63 so it's not a complete waste. If you have a slim case case it barley fits the holder. If you have a larger case it's no bueno.

I have driven 22 different vehicles for 52 years quite successfully without use of a cell phone or a navigation device. I am amazed that I survived!

I'm still using this one. It has come off a few times, but a simple wipe down of the fascia and wash of the base and dry with a microfibre cloth and I'm good to go again. Two years and counting.
