It should say what spec. Like 229.52 or 229.5.

I checked the owners manual. It's 229.5.

Use any mobil1 castrol or Liqui molly 229.5 oil.

We got our 2019 g550 last November and have had to go 3x for 1 quart of oil. I wish it was a quick stop in and out but, it’s usually an hour visit. They claim they don’t know how much to add since there is no dipstick so the G has to be connected to the computer s and it tells the techs how much to add.

i just got another warning today so now I’m suspicious that it may be a sensor and not just eating oil. Our 2019 g63 which we got in March has yet to ask for a quart so definitely puzzling.
