G63 cylinder switching
Noticed my 2020 G63 has a mode in which it turns of a bank of cylinders when cruising or below a certain speed...it shows an icon on the dash with a diagram of the cylinders and a 4 below.
this only happens in certain instances and sometimes under the same driving conditions won’t happen?
anyone identify when it does this?

2020 - G63; RR.AB; ML350; ML320; ML400; M3; 200CE; 200E
...as stated in this thread, it needs constant speed, low RPM, C-mode, no acceleration, no breaking, no uphill, ...not sure if it's mandatory the 9th gear.

I experienced same, but after research, I figured is normal as the engine is only running on 4 cylinders in comfort mode or individual mode
