Do you have the AMG package? The g550 has 52 and 32 offsets (ET32 for the AMG wheels).
From what I have seen the fender flares with the AMG package on the G550 with the ET32 wheels are not quite flush. They need about 10-15mm to be true flush. Could add spacers.

Yes I do have the amg package with the 20" wheels. Seems as the stock offset is +32. I'm considering going with some after market 22x10.5 wheels with a low 20's offset and with 285/45/22 nitto terra grapplers so it fills out the fender wells good and should be more flush with that set up. Hopefully.
the rims had custom offset to remove need for spacers..... saves a ton of unsprung weight, 18lbs roughly - and then the rims are 7 lbs lighter each over OEM - more then offseting the larger/wider tires extra weight.
